        Hi Uma,
I am happy that the oats dosa has come out well and your husband liked it very much.
I am giving below the method to make onion chutney. Take two medium sized onions, 4 flakes of garlic, one big tomato, 2or 3 redchillies (according to taste),1/2 tsp asafoetida and salt to taste. In a pan heat one tsp oil. Add red chillies and fry for a while. Then add chopped onion, garlic and asafoetida and fry till it becomes soft. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for two or three minutes. Allow them to cool. Add enough salt and grind it in the mixi.Heat 1/2 tsp oil and allow mustard to splutter and add it to the chutney. This chutney is very easy to make and tastes yummy.
