    Hello Mrs.Sharadha,

Your website is very interesting, helpful. I would like to try your recipes. Can you tell me what is tone milk in Sprouted Green Gram soup? ( Is it buttermilk or some thing else). I am in U.S.
I would like to try for this weekend.

    Thank you,
    Devi.

    Hi Devi,

Toned milk is the milk which is pasteurised and contains fat of 3% or less. In US you may even get fat free milk. Please try the recipe and let me have your feed back.

    Thanks
